In the course of studying appeals of citizens, the Commission formed a second list of suspects who regret their actions and are in a difficult social situation, and appropriate measures were taken to return them to their families.  

As a result of the work done, in October 2022, 38 more suspects were returned to their families on the basis of public guarantee. 

On October 13 this year, at the suggestion of members of the Commission independently investigating the events in Karakalpakstan, and at the request of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Prosecutor General's Office returned 16 suspects to their families on the basis of public guarantee. 

On October 12 this year, 22 suspects were also released on public guarantee.
