The Authorized Person for Human Rights held a field reception in Surkhandarya region

On September 29, 2022, as part of a visit to Surkhandarya region, a reception of citizens was held under the leadership of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) Feruza Eshmatova. On this day, about 20 citizens came to the reception of the Authorized Person for Human Rights and filed appeals.

During the reception, appeals were received for practical assistance in applying humanitarian acts to persons serving sentences in penitentiary institutions, reinstatement in connection with illegal dismissal, allocation of housing and land, social assistance, loans and subsidies.

All appeals received on that day were taken under control by the Authorized Person for Human Rights, a number of citizens were given legal advice and explanations.
