At the Ombudsman's reception, where appeals from more than 50 citizens were heard,appeals about social and material assistance, disagreement with the actions or inaction of some government officials, housing disputes, land allocation, fraud, as well as some court cases and appeals on other issues were accepted.

All appeals received during the reception were taken under the control of the Ombudsman, and work on studying them and ensuring the observance of human rights began.
