According to the applicant, although in 2003 he was allocated a land plot for housing, the houses built there were approved by the regional architectural, cadastral and khokimiyat authorities and were not transferred into ownership for 17 years.

The documents on the case, taken under the control of the Authorized Person for Human Rights, were studied and addressed to the khokim of the district. As a result, in February 2021, a decision was made by the khokim of the district to grant the right of lifetime inheritance to a land plot of an apartment building and recognition of ownership of an apartment building.
